This delicious pizza has the classic combination of pear, prosciutto, and gorgonzola
Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 small pears, sliced
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees
- Roll the pizza dough out to about 1/4 inch thick. Brush 1 tablespoon rosemary olive oil over the pizza dough and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Layer the pears and prosciutto over the pizza dough and top with crumbled gorgonzola. Bake for 15 minutes until the dough is cooked through.
- Add the arugula and pine nuts to a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon rosemary olive oil and 2 tablespoons cranberry pear balsamic vinegar.
- When the pizza is cooked top with the arugula, slice and enjoy!
