This noodle dish is so fast and so delicious. Crispy pork with stir fried broccoli tossed with noodles and topped with sichuan pepper for a lovely tingle.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 2 bunches broccolini, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sichuan peppercorn, crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 12 ounces Chinese egg noodles (or spaghetti, ramen or other noodle of choice)
- 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
Instructions

Bring large salt pot of water to a boil and cook noodles per instructions.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the pork and cook until crispy. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sambal, rice vinegar and broccolini. Stir fry for about 5 minutes until the broccolini is tender.

When the noodles are cooked, toss with the pork and top with szechuan pepper.
