Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, quartered
- 1/4 cup Classic Dry Rub
Instructions
- Heat grill (or oven) to 425 degrees
- Rub the chicken with the dry rub and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill for about 20 minutes per side until cooked through to an internal temp of 160 degrees.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
