This chicken is marinated in a flavorful ranch yogurt, grilled and served with lemon.
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 lemons, 1 juiced and 1 cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat the grill to high
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and ranch together. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the marinade. Marinade for at least 15 minutes (while the grill heats up) or up to 2 hours.
- Add the chicken to skewers and grill for 6 minutes per side until just cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
