This simple tasty kale is sautéed with garlic and apple cider vinegar.
Ingredients

1 bunch of kale, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 cup chicken stock

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes then remove the garlic.

Add the kale, stock and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes until tender, but still green.
Takes 10 minutes
