Searing salmon is so easy and makes the salmon crisp on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside. This is topped with a quick flavorful gremolata.
Ingredients

4 6 ounce salmon filets

1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

1 lemon, zested

1 garlic clove, grated

2 tablespoons Hojiblanca Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl make the gremolata by mixing the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest together.

Heat olive oil in a skillet to medium high.

Add the salmon and cook for 5 minutes per side until crisp on the outside and just cooked through in the center.

Top with the gremolata and enjoy.
