This is a delicious cheesy ranchy burger perfect for your next barbecue
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (or toppings of choice)
Instructions
- Heat the grill to high (450 degrees)
- Add the ground beef to a large bowl and mix with the ranch seasoning and shredded cheddar cheese to evenly combine. Divide into fourths and form into burger patties.
- Add the patties to the grill. Grill for 5 minutes. Flip and top each burger with cheese. Grill for another 5 minutes for medium (shorter or longer depending on how well done you prefer).
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings!
Note: My kids love these as "Burger Balls" - I form small meatballs and cook on the stove top with some olive oil for about 7 minutes per side.
