This is a super fast and flavorful shrimp and noodle dish with tones of garlic, a touch of sichuan, and sesame.
Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons butter

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sichuan peppercorns, crushed

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Mirin

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 pound noodles (soba, ramen or spaghetti)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions

Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles to al dente.

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic and sichuan and cook for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for about a minute per side. Add the soy sauce, mirin, fish sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute.

Add a splash of pasta water then toss the shrimp and sauce with the noodles. Top with sesame seeds.
