Perfect French Toast comes together on a sheet pan in 20 minutes! Brioche bread is dipped in custard and baked on a sheet pan with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar - such a treat.
Ingredients

12 pieces of brioche bread

4 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter

Maple syrup for serving
Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees with sheet pan in the oven

Mix the eggs, cream and vanilla together in shallow dish

In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon together

Take the hot sheet pan out of the oven and melt the butter in the pan. Dip the bread in the custard on both sides and place on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the bread

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. (Hint: Add a foil covered sheet pan of bacon at the same time!)

Top with maple syrup.
