This is such an easy and flavorful bowl of noodles - ramen tossed in a spicy sichuan oil with garlic, ginger and scallions.
Ingredients
- 4 packages of Ramen noodles, no flavoring
- 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon sichuan peppercorns, crushed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions

Bring a large salted pot of water to a bowl and cook the noodles to al dente.

In a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sichuan peppercorn, garlic, ginger, onions and soy sauce and cook until the onions are soft.

Toss the noodles with the chili oil and enjoy.
