These simple mashed potatoes are always a great addition to complete dinner.
Ingredients

2 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled and chopped

1 stick of butter

1 cup of cream

1 clove garlic, grated

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Add potatoes to pot of salted cold water, bring to a boil and cook until tender.

Drain potatoes and use a ricer or masher to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.

Add the garlic, salt and pepper and about half the butter and cream and mix well. Add more butter and cream until it is perfectly creamy and delicious (you might not need all the butter and cream - but it doesn’t hurt!)
