Classic, delicious, comforting spaghetti and meatballs!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Bruschetta Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Basil Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Parmesan for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, make the meatballs. In a large bowl mix the pork, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and bruschetta seasoning. Form into small balls, about 1" in diameter.
- Heat the garlic olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 2 minutes per side until browned. Add the marinara sauce and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat the meatballs. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce and add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve with lots of freshly grated parmesan.
