Spaghetti and Meatballs - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

Classic, delicious, comforting spaghetti and meatballs!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, make the meatballs. In a large bowl mix the pork, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and bruschetta seasoning.  Form into small balls, about 1" in diameter.
  3. Heat the garlic olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 2 minutes per side until browned. Add the marinara sauce and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat the meatballs. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce and add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  5. Serve with lots of freshly grated parmesan.
