These flavorful turkey burgers are topped with herby smashed feta.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning
- 1 block feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Mediterranean Medley Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Heat the grill to high (450 degrees)
- In a large bowl mix the ground turkey, mayo, dijon mustard, and Greek seasoning. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill the turkey burgers for about 4 minutes per side until just cooked through.
- While the burgers cook, make the smashed feta. Add the feta, yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to a bowl and mix together until combined.
- When the burgers are done, place on the bun and top with smashed feta.
