This is a quick delicious spicy lamb ragu tossed with orecchiette. So good!
Ingredients

1 pound ground lamb

1 onion, grated

2 cloves garlic, grated

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 cup red wine

1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 pound orecchiette

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons Nocellara del Belice Olive Oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Bring large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente

While the pasta cooks make the ragu. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion, garlic and red pepper flakes and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for 3 minutes then add the crushed tomatoes and simmer while the pasta cooks.

When the pasta is cooked and a splash of pasta water to the sauce then toss the pasta with the ragu.

Serve with parmesan.
