This is a fast, easy and tasty take on chicken. Chicken is coated in hot sauce and grilled then topped with a vinegar honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Champagne Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Heat grill to high (450-500 degrees)
- Mix olive oil, sambal, salt and 2 teaspoons pepper together. Coat chicken with hot sauce mixture.
- Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks heat the honey in a small pot until it thickens slightly (about 3 minutes). Add the vinegar and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside.
- When the chicken is cooked coat with the vinegar honey and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
