This is a fast, easy and tasty take on chicken. Chicken is coated in hot sauce and grilled then topped with a vinegar honey glaze.
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tablespoon sambal oelek

2 tablespoons Blood Orange Olive Oil

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
Instructions

Heat grill to high (450-500 degrees)

Mix olive oil, sambal, salt and 2 teaspoons pepper together. Coat chicken with hot sauce mixture.

Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes per side until cooked through.

While the chicken cooks heat the honey in a small pot until it thickens slightly (about 3 minutes). Add the vinegar and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside.

When the chicken is cooked coat with the vinegar honey and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
