If baked ziti and spinach and artichoke dip had a baby you'd get this delicious dinner
Ingredients
- 1 pound ziti
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounce cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- In a large bowl mix the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
- In a baking dish add a layer of marinara sauce, then add half the ziti, add half the marinara sauce, and dollop half the spinach mixture. Mix slightly with a spoon, then repeat with the remaining pasta, sauce and spinach. Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
