Kansas City BBQ


Our Kansas City BBQ rub is hand blended from brown sugar, paprika, garlic, celery seed, salt, chili powder, cayenne, mustard, sugar, and pepper.  

Use 1 tablespoon of rub per pound of meat, rub it in thoroughly and marinate for at least 4 hours (a day is better) before smoking low and slow. 

Make a delicious barbecue sauce by adding 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cups of water, and 2 tablespoons of Kansas City BBQ blend.  Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
