This is a simple and delicious stir fry with chicken, lots of black pepper, garlic, ginger, soy, onions and bell pepper.
Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey
-
1 tablespoon ginger, grated

4 cloves of garlic, grated

2 bell peppers, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons avocado oil

Rice for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl mix together the corn starch, pepper and salt. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Add the bell pepper and onions and cook for another 5 minutes until just tender.

Mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.

Serve with rice.
