Kielbasa, Potatoes and Kale - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

Don’t let the boring title fool you - this is so good! Kielbasa and potatoes are cooked with lots of garlic and flavorful olive oil then tossed with kale, lemon, and parmesan.

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the garlic for 1 minute then add the kielbasa, potatoes, paprika and bruschetta seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the chicken stock and lemon juice. Partially cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Toss in the kale and cook for a couple minutes until just wilted.

  3. Stir in the parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Takes 15 minutes
