Don’t let the boring title fool you - this is so good! Kielbasa and potatoes are cooked with lots of garlic and flavorful olive oil then tossed with kale, cheese, and lemon.
Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa, sliced

6 baby potatoes, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 bunch of kale, chopped

1 cup chicken stock

1/4 cup parmesan

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons Rosemary Olive Oil

1 lemon, cut into wedges

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the kielbasa, potatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken stock, partially cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Toss in the kale and cook for a couple minutes until just wilted.

Give a good squeeze of lemon and top with parmesan cheese.
