This is my favorite way to have salmon. The spicy, smoky spice blend forms a great crusty and the skin is nice and crispy. The best part? It is ready in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filet
- 2 tablespoons Blackening Seasoning
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
Instructions

Coat the salmon with the blackening seasoning

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon flesh side down.

Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook skin side down for 5 to 6 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.

Top with lemon zest and juice.
