This is so delicious! Fresh tomatoes, garlic and basil over a crisp flatbread and creamy burrata.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ball of pizza dough
- 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup basil, chopped
- 1 ball of burrata
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Traditional Dark Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Nocellara del Belice Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

Take the pizza dough out 30 minutes before baking. Roll the dough out and place on a well oiled baking sheet. Poke all over with a fork.

In a bowl mix together the tomatoes, garlic, basil and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat, add the balsamic vinegar and salt.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and bake for 15 minutes.

Top the flatbread with the tomato mixture and burrata. Enjoy!
