The hardest part of this meal is to remember to soak the chicken in buttermilk overnight, but it is so worth it. The chicken is full of flavor and the crispy skin is the best!
Ingredients

2 bone in chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 sprigs rosemary

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Put chicken in large zip lock bag and add the buttermilk, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and marinate overnight.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take the chicken out of the marinade and place on a sheet pan. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
Takes 40 minutes plus overnight marinade
