The whole family loves to dig into these crispy, juicy chicken nuggets.
Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 eggs
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.

In a shallow bowl mix flour, garlic salt, and pepper. In another shallow bowl mix together the eggs.

Cut chicken into bit sized pieces. Dredge in flour, egg, then the flour again.

Cook in skillet until golden brown on both sides (do this in batches to give the chicken enough room in the pan).

Place chicken pieces on sheet pan and cook through in oven ~10 minutes

Serve with favorite dipping sauce and lemon wedges
