Chicken Parm Meatball Sliders

These are so easy, delicious and the best meatballs ever according to my family. I love these in sliders, but you could serve with spaghetti or crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1 jar marinara sauce

  • 1 ball mozzarella, sliced

  • 12 brioche sliders

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil 

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bread crumbs, parmesan, egg, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Form into 2 inch balls.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the balls in a single layer and cook for 3 minutes per side. Add the marinara sauce and partially cover for 5 minutes. Uncover and top the meatballs with a slice of mozzarella. Cover for a minute until the cheese is melty.

  3. Serve the meatballs in a slider.
