This one pan dinner comes together in under 30 minutes with a combination of chorizo, butter, wine, lemon juice, and shrimp.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound chorizo, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup white wine, optional
- 2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Fused Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons Smoked Hot Paprika
Instructions

Pat the shrimp dry, place in a bowl and toss with paprika, salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet at medium heat. Add the chorizo and sear for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the chorizo.

Add the wine and lemon juice. Simmer and slightly reduce, then add the chicken stock and butter. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

Return the shrimp and chorizo to the pan. Top with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
