Crazy delicious butter slathered over a perfectly cooked ribeye
Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat the grill to high heat
- Pat the ribeyes dry and season liberally with salt on both sides. Grill for about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Tent with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix the butter, garlic, herbs, lemon zest and juice, seasoned salt and mustard together.
- To serve, slather butter over the steak and enjoy!
