Cowboy Butter Ribeye - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

Crazy delicious butter slathered over a perfectly cooked ribeye

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to high heat
  2. Pat the ribeyes dry and season liberally with salt on both sides. Grill for about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Tent with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the butter, garlic, herbs, lemon zest and juice, seasoned salt and mustard together.
  4. To serve, slather butter over the steak and enjoy!

Takes 25 minutes

Serves 2-4
