Sticky grilled chicken wings marinated in a combination of maple bourbon balsamic and bacon infused olive oil.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Maple Bourbon Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Bacon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper together. Add the chicken wings to a food safe storage bag and pour the marinade over the wings. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat the grill to high. Remove the wings from the marinade. Grill the wings for about 10 minutes per side until cooked through.
Takes 30 minutes (plus marinating time)
