Easy, flavorful granola with oats, almonds, maple syrup, olive oil and chai spice.
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Chai Spice
- 1/2 cup Koroneiki Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and almonds. Add the olive oil, maple syrup, salt, chait spice, and vanilla to a measuring cup and mix well. Pour in the bowl with the oats and mix well to combine.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment. Spread the granola mixture on the sheet pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 45 minutes before breaking apart and storing. Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
