Effortless smooth, rich ice cream! Our go to flavor is strawberry, but you can use any varietal olive oil or other infused olive oils like blood orange, lemon or basil.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 100 ml Strawberry Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste and salt to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer or standing mixer for about 5 minutes until soft peaks form. Stir in the olive oil.
- Pour into an airtight container and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Takes 10 minutes (plus freezing time)
