Olive Oil Wellness Shot

This shot is packed with nutrients and a perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Meyer Lemon Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 cups water
• 1 lemon, quartered
• 2 inch ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Place the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Strain into a mason jar.
   
3. Drink 2 ounces each morning. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
