I love to serve these wings at get togethers. They’re marinated in orange juice, garlic and ginger overnight and simply grilled to perfection. Crisp, juicy and flavorful.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup salt

3 garlic cloves, smashed

2 inches of ginger, sliced

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 sprigs thyme
-
1 tablespoon black peppercorn

1 tablespoon coriander seed

1 lemon, halved

3 pounds chicken wings
Instructions

Mix the orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, thyme, peppercorn, coriander, lemon and 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. Pour the marinade in a large bowl then add the chicken and marinade overnight.

Heat the grill (or oven) to 450 degrees.

Remove the wings from the marinade and blot dry with a paper towel. Grill for 20 - 30 minutes until cooked through.
Takes 30 minutes (plus marinated overnight)
