I can easily eat these all myself. Really simple roasted brussels sprouts are tossed with a flavorful dressing of soy sauce, lime, sesame oil and cilantro.
Ingredients

3 cups brussels sprouts, sliced

2 limes, juiced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons Garlic Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees

Toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 10 minutes

Meanwhile whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil

After roasting, toss the sprouts with the dressing and cilantro
Takes 15 minutes
