I love a sheet pan dinner! This one comes together in less than 20 minutes with gnocchi, sausage and sweet peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 package of gnocchi
- 2 Italian sausage links, casing removed
- 6 sweet mini peppers (or 2 bell peppers), sliced
- 1/4 cup Garlic Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees
- On a sheet pan, add the gnocchi, sliced peppers, and pieces of Italian sausage. Toss with the olive oil and bake for 15 minutes until the sausage is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top with parmesan cheese.
