Smoked Spiced Chicken - Olive Branch Oil & Spice

This middle eastern inspired chicken is spiced with sumac, allspice, and cumin, smoked and served with schug (aka Magic Green Sauce). 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the smoker, grill or oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Coat the chicken with olive oil, spices, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 45 minutes breast side up until the internal temp is 160 degrees.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with schug, warm pita and any other condiments you love.
