This is the easiest noodle dish with a super flavorful no-cook sauce with peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili crisp.
Ingredients
- 1 pound dried pasta such as ramen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp
- 2 teaspoons Korean Chile Flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili crisp and chile flakes in a serving bowl.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add 1/4 cup of pasta water to the sauce and drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Top with green onions.
