Strawberry Peach Bruschetta

This is a delicious twist on a classic bruschetta. Crostini with whipped feta and fresh strawberries, peaches, and basil. 



  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut the baguette into slices and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a food processor add the feta, olive oil, and greek yogurt. Mix until smooth. 
  3. In a small bowl mix the strawberries, peaches, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and sumac. 
  4. Assemble the bruschetta by spreading a layer of the feta, top with the strawberries and peaches, then finish with a bit of basil and sprinkle of salt.

Takes 20 minutes

Serves 6-8
