Simple stuffed mushrooms cooked in the most delicious boursin cheese sauce.
Ingredients

12 baby bella mushrooms

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons Garlic Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 package boursin cheese (or another soft garlic herb cheese)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Add the cream and boursin cheese to an ovenproof skillet and whisk to mix well. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms so they can be stuffed. In a small bowl mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and olive oil. Add a small scoop to each mushroom and place in the skillet.
- Transfer to the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked through and the cheese sauce is bubbly.
- Serve as they are or with crostini
