This is a fast, spicy and delicious meal. Ground chicken cooked with lots of garlic and peppers and topped with a ton of thai basil. So good!
Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

2 serrano chiles, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons fish sauce

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons Jalapeno Olive Oil

2 cups thai basil

1 cup rice, cooked
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add the garlic, onion, and peppers to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the ground chicken and cook until crisp.

Add the soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in the thai basil and serve over rice with more peppers and lime if desired.
