Ingredients
- 1 cup Nocellara del Belice Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Traditional Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Bruschetta Seasoning
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Bread for serving
Instructions
- Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to a bowl and whisk in the bruschetta seasoning and lemon zest. Stir in the olives, cheese, and parsley.
