I love using miso to add instant flavor. These chicken skewers are marinated with red miso, soy sauce, and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

1 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces

2 tablespoons red miso

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Rice and Spicy Green Beans for serving
Instructions

Heat grill to high heat

Mix the red miso, soy sauce and oil together. Add the chicken pieces to a large bowl and mix with the miso mixture to coat well.

Put the chicken pieces on skewers then grill for about 7 minutes per side until cooked through.

Serve over rice and enjoy
